Refund policy

Digital Courses and Pre-Orders. This policy applies to online courses sold by Full Circle Premium Health, including BIRTH, INFORMED. The Recorded Series.
• If a pre-ordered course does not launch, you will receive a full refund.
• If a launch is delayed, your enrollment stays active and we will add one free 1-month access extension (a $47 value).
• If a course launches more than 30 days after its announced launch date, you may request a full refund instead.
• Once you (or your gift recipient) have logged in to the course, all sales are final.
• Access extensions are non-refundable once applied.
