1. OVERVIEW
This website and online store are operated by Full Circle Premium Health ("we," "us," "our"), 4201 Torrance Blvd, Suite 380, Torrance, CA 90503. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

3. PRODUCTS AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Our products, including guides, toolkits, and online courses, are for general education only. They are not medical advice, do not create a provider-patient relationship, and do not replace care from your own healthcare provider. Always consult your provider about your individual health and care decisions.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND PRE-ORDERS
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not ship. Pre-ordered products become available on the announced launch date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. ONLINE COURSE LICENSE
All course materials, including video recordings, workbooks, handouts, graphics, and worksheets, are the intellectual property of Full Circle Premium Health. Purchase grants the registered participant and their partner or support person a personal, non-transferable license for their own educational use only. Course access lasts 4 months from first login, with up to two 1-month extensions available for purchase (6 months maximum). Videos are streaming only and may not be downloaded. You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, record, screen-capture, sell, share, upload, post, or distribute any course materials, video or workbook, or share your login. Gifted courses must be registered in the recipient's name. Violations may result in immediate loss of access without refund, and Full Circle Premium Health will pursue all remedies available under California and United States law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this store, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product materials, is owned by Full Circle Premium Health and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without our written permission.

8. ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account or course login.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the store or products, and we do not guarantee any particular health, birth, or personal outcome.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Circle Premium Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continued use of the store means you accept the updated Terms.
